Come See Us!

The Christian Reformed Church of Rudyard is a group of regular people who want to honor our Lord Jesus Christ and encourage each other to grow in our walk with Him.

What are your services like?

Whether it is through the music, liturgy, prayer, or preaching, God's word is at the center of all of our gatherings. Each service includes a time of worship, prayer, preaching, and giving. The sermons are built on God’s Word, not the pastor's ideas, and aim at transforming our lives to be more like Jesus Christ.

Where should I park?

We have our main parking lot in front of the church and an overflow lot located behind the church in case the front lot fills up. Spaces are reserved close to the building for our handicapped and elderly guests.

Where should I go when I enter the building?

We have a greeter located inside the lobby near the main entrance under the covered drop off area. Our greeter would be happy to help you find where you need to go. The nursery and bathrooms are in the northern educational wing while the main sanctuary and lobby are in the southern part of the building.

Do you provide childcare?

A clean, well-staffed nursery for infants and toddlers is provided during the Sunday morning service. We also offer a special children's worship time for 3, 4, and 5 year olds not yet in Kindergarten. Children are released to the children's worship during the song before the morning sermon and return to their parents at the end of the service. Near the beginning of the Sunday morning service we also have a special children's message during which children are invited to come forward and participate. It is part of our mission to minister to the needs of entire family as part of our service.

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:14

What should I wear?

We are more concerned about you and your presence with us than we are with what you wear. As a church, we gather to worship the Lord and want to dress in a way that honors God. Our members wear something covering in the full range of business formal to more casual and relaxed wear.
